On On Tri and Malone Coaching are excited to bring our Triathlon Camp back to Hilton Head Island. We welcome athletes of all skill levels to the 2013 Hilton Head Island Triathlon Camp. This year's focus is on Form and Efficiency in the three disciplines – swim, bike, and run. The Tri Camp will include video analysis of your swim, bike, and run mechanics to assist our professional coaches in honing and developing your skills. It will also include real-time training in the three disciplines to offer our coaches the opportunity to teach and demonstrate proper techniques necessary to succeed in Triathlon (see full itinerary below). Please contact us with all inquiries – and, if you are seeking a group price discount – we will be happy to work something out with you and your members. We look forward to working with you to make you the best triathlete you can be.
